Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, and Pharrell sue style brand for utilizing their names without consent

 

Five of the greatest names in music are making lawful move against an apparel retailer over cases that the brand did not look for their endorsement before utilizing their names, verses, and photographs on their items.

Beyoncé, her spouse Jay Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, and Pharrell Williams have all documented a claim against the French dress organization Eleven Paris, charging that the popular retailer unlawfully sold stock with their similarity or protected innovation.

The claim, which was documented in New York on Tuesday, refers to 58 asserted infringement including a T-shirt that says Kanye is My Homie, a rucksack that says RiRi and incorporates her introduction to the world year, and a shirt including Beyoncé's melody verses: 'A diva is a female adaptation of a trickster.' 
 

The suit asserts that the offended parties have even sent the brand composed notices, yet they were all the while offering 'many encroaching stock' at their New York City store as of the day of documenting.

One of the brand's most prevalent plans elements pictures of big names - including Beyoncé, Rihanna, Kanye, and Pharrell - digitally modified to incorporate fingers with mustaches drawn on them held before their appearances.

The stars charge that these items harm to their brands, and demands that Eleven Paris quit offering the culpable items and pay harms.
