I made N6m as a fake attorney – Suspect
A fake attorney, Olawale Falola, who guaranteed to be a dropout of a college in Osun State was captured by the Oyo State Police Command amid a stop-and-pursuit in Ibadan as of late.
It was assembled that in the wake of seeing a sticker having a place with the Nigeria Bar Association on his windscreen, the police got some information about his personality, yet he couldnt protect his "Legal advisor" status.
He said he made N6m from casualties whom he guaranteed to assist secure with jobsing at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.
As per him:
"I paraded myself as a legal counselor and I have taken cash from more than 100 individuals. I guaranteed to land positions for them at NNPC and security associations. I have made up to N4m from the practice out of which I purchased a Toyota Corolla auto. I lived in Osogbo. I came to Ibadan to visit my family when I was captured by the police."
The Commissioner of Police in the state, Leye Oyebade, said Falola's auto esteemed at N2m had been appropriated and that the suspect would be charged to court when examinations concerning his exercises were closed.
He said:
"Falola was captured for parading himself as an attorney when he was definitely not.
"The auto was purchased from the returns of his illicit action and he had admitted to the wrongdoing. There is no spot for such individuals in our general public. In our restored push to totally free the condition of hoodlums, the state police order won't give space for lawbreakers to flourish
